A man arrested for having sex at a Northern Territory petrol bowser told a court that he was sleeping until he found his 'friend' already sitting on top of him.
Lionel Mark William Spratt pleaded guilty to behaving indecently in public in Darwin Magistrates Court yesterday.
According to the Northern Territory News, his legal aid lawyer Matthew Hubber told the court that Spratt was high on drugs all day at Litchfield National Park and was asleep in the passenger seat when his friend drove his troop car

A Jharkhand 'panchayat' (village council) has ordered the last rites of a woman to be performed for allegedly having an extra-marital affair, media reports said Monday.
According to the reports, Sunita Devi, a resident of Barki Gorang village, 70 km from here, was allegedly having an affair with her neighbour Harinath Bhokta.
She is married to Ram Dayal Munda and has two children.
